MVP

MVP (minimum viable product, sometimes erroneously stands for minimum valuable product or minimal valuable product) is a minimum viable product that allows you to get meaningful feedback from users, understand what they need and not create what they are not interested in and for which they are not ready to pay.

Goals

  • Be able to test a product hypothesis with minimal resources
  • Accelerate learning
  • Reduce engineering hours
  • Expended get product to early customers as soon as possible
  • Basis for other products
  • Establish product development capability

Testing

Results of a minimum viability test of a product indicate whether the product should be as originally intended. Testing evaluates whether the original problem is solved or the goal is achieved so that it makes sense to continue developing the product
